At Rickshaw.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.

Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us at info@rickshaw.ie within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rickshaw.ie with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rickshaw.ie with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, assembled, or modified, and items that are not in their original packaging. Digital products and downloadable content are also non-refundable.
